- Online booking. Appointments are scheduled through Spectora, our inspection software provider. The information you enter there, such as contact details, the property address and payment details, is collected and processed by Spectora under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can perform your inspection.
- Calls, texts and emails. When you contact us directly, we keep the information you share so we can respond and provide our services.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We do not use advertising cookies on this website. Pages that show an embedded Google map or our booking calendar load content from Google and Spectora, which may set their own cookies under their own policies.
